GEAPRO: the dynamic stabilometric platform
GEAPRO is a dynamic platform designed to evaluate postural sway (COP), providing professionals with both quantitative and qualitative assessments of postural control.
How it works
It combines two operating modes:
- Static mode, to analyze stability in an upright position.
- Dynamic mode without mechanical stimulus, where the subject controls the platform through voluntary movement of the Center of Pressure.
The collected data enable postural analysis and training of sensory and motor control, with the ability to adjust the platform’s instability.
With 20 adjustable instability levels, GEAPRO promotes a progressive improvement of postural abilities, allowing personalized rehabilitation programs and continuous progress monitoring.
The GEAPRO Platform includes software with over 20 tests dedicated to stabilometric assessment, offering a wide range of protocols to analyze the subject’s motor and sensory abilities.

Technology
The GEAPRO Platform is equipped with an electro-pneumatic actuator that constantly modulates the instability of the support base.
Thanks to the precise and continuous modulation of instability parameters, the operator can customize the difficulty level, ensuring a progressive, safe, and targeted treatment suited to the patient’s postural needs.
The system acquires the Center of Pressure (COP) at high resolution (24-bit) and 100 Hz, accurately detecting postural oscillations processed through internationally standardized algorithms.
